I specialize in healing past traumas and resolving underlying core issues that may be keeping you feeling stuck. I do this by providing a supportive, caring and non-judgmental environment that I believe is needed to work effectively on personal and interpersonal struggles. Together, we will develop meaningful goals to reach your desired outcome and live the life you want. My style is direct, warm, engaged and interactive.

I have extensive experience working with addiction, anxiety, depression, mood and stress disorders. Utilizing both traditional and non-traditional psychotherapy techniques, I apply the treatment modality best suited to get results. I am a certified emdr therapist.
